prima di tutto metterei in funzione l'impianto di condizionamento presente nell'appartamento - piatti e stoviglie da rivedere, non c'è un piatto uguale all'altro ne tantomeno un bicchiare uguale all'altro, ce ne sono due .....diversi, accessori per cucinare assenti non c'è neppure un coltello grande per tagliare/affettare (non vi dico la fatica per tagliare un melone) certo non sono cose fontamentali ma denotano un certo rispetto e attenzione nei confronti dei clienti che scelgono di soggiornare - presente una vasca con doccino, ci vorrebbe veramente poco a mettere sul muro un gancio più in alto per appenderlo per permettere algi ospiti di fare una doccia come si deve - nell'annuncio vi è scritto parcheggio disponibile NON è vero sfido chiunque a trovare un aprcheggio in zona , un incubo ! Host sembrato disponibile e corretto alla consegna delle chiavi poi al primo problema ....sparito. Prima notte passata in un bagno di sudore (ricordo condizionatore presente ma pare non funzionante) nella camera abbiamo trovato un ventilatore a torre di medie dimensioni lo abbiamo messo in funzione e a parte che era sporchissimo, faceva un forte e fastidioso rumore e non ruotava (restava fisso) evidentemente in pessime condizioni; la mattina abbiamo contattato l'host e chiesto gentilmente di portarcene uno nuovo o in migliori condizioni....risultato ? chiesto il 12 agosto il 16 agosto finita la nostra "vacanza" siamo andati via e non ci è stato portato NULLA. Pare che abbia avuto problemi con la consegna dal venditore. Certo poteva fare come abbiamo fatto noi di tasca nostra ....andare alla CONAD a 5 minuti di distanza dall'appartamento prenderne uno nuovo e portarcelo (totale spesa 16€).

Hôte peu aimable, arrivé en retard au rv. Appartement ancien et pas du tout rénové. Les taies d'oreiller était sale on a du tout passer à la machine à laver. Cuisine mal équipée ménage mal fait ou pas fait. À notre arrivée le frigo était éteint, en plein mois de juillet et canicule. Seul avantage: la grandeur des pièces mais d'un seul côté et donc très chaud.

Nice apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. We spent 4 days. The location of the house is good. The beaches are a 5-minute walk away. There are two supermarkets nearby. The host is very hospitable and friendly.

An air conditioner would not be superfluous. But there is a fan.

Noisy. Thrifty. Dirty. Disgusting bed linens with sand! Terrible experience.

the staff is very nice polite, ready to help take our luggage from the meeting point to the elevator.

the apartment is not very clean. the coffee maker is dirty, very old, like the rest of the utensils. the mattress is old, the pillows are very old and stink. the bed linen is terrible, very old, it was washed a million times, you can’t even see the pattern on it. it was cold after sunset and at night, and when we saw the air conditioner in the photo, we were delighted, but the owner did not give us the remote control for the air conditioner, said that it was broken and would be repaired on June 21 (we were in early May). I do not recommend staying even for 2 days. the price is too high for this apartment. the location indicated on booking.com does not correspond to the actual location of the apartment. we thought it was near the train station, but it turned out to be in the other direction, we had to pay 18 euros for a taxi. electricity was switched off in the common shield all the time
