Wonderful location, host was so helpful,  lots of room inside, and a great deck to sit on outside .

Pull out couch needs to be replaced. It is uncomfortable.  otherwise everything was great. .

The location was excellent - just a short walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The apartment block is lovely, and well renovated. The roof terrace was fantastic - so large and comfortable.

Extras to make the stay more comfortable could have been thought out better (a TV in the bedroom, for example, or a dishwasher or washing machine). The trash procedure is complicated. If you are not there the specific night before one particular type of recycling is collected, then it needs to be removed from the apartment and disposed of separately. Would be much easier just to be able to leave it (cleaned and sorted) in the apartment.

Brilliant location in the heart of the old city. Wonderful roof terrace – just right for eating outside. An interesting old building but good facilities. Homely apartment with good hot shower. Walk out of the front door and you are surrounded by good cafés and restaurants and ahead is the most beautiful church of Santa Croce – a Baroque masterpiece. Excellent lift – avoiding stairs after a long day strolling around the magnificent city.

Television in the wrong place! Move to space with comfortable sofa. Otherwise there was nothing we didn't like.
