AUThe property is located in the part of Como facing away from the lake. This makes it a really quiet location, away from the busy part of the town, yet it is only a short drive to the centre. Matteo who met us upon arrival to give us the keys and show us around was pleasant and friendly. The property was clean and equipped with everything a family may need for a long stay. There was a supermarket only a 15 minutes walk from the property, which was really handy for buying supplies. In the kitchen Matteo has provided a recipe and all the ingredients for pasta carbonara as a welcome gift. That was a nice touch. Instead of going out for dinner, when we arrived we took up the challenge and cooked up a really nice Italian dinner for our family. If we ever visit the area again, we would be definitely checking the availability of Matteo's property first.
The narrow streets in the town, but this has nothing to do with the property. Narrow streets are to be expected in Italy. The property was perfect.

JEWonderfully comfortable & well equipped. Very hospitable host who laid on fresh eggs and water. We would have liked to stay longer than 2 nights.
Maybe rather difficult to access with a large car up a steep winding road. Also single beds were rather small for adults.
