Posizione eccellente

Appartamento umido e pavimenti sporchi

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Ortigia. Facilité de check in en autonomie. Tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire Propre et chambres spacieuses.

Difficulté de se garer le soir dans les rues autour. Pratique si vous ne voulez pas bouger la voiture pour plusieurs jours. Peut être un conseil : les accessoires (comme les verres) sont un peu juste en terme de quantité .

L'appartamento è molto bello e grande, la posizione centralissima, vengono forniti lenzuola, asciugamani, phon, ombrellone ed è presente una lavatrice oltre a 3 condizionatori. Nelle strade intorno si parcheggia senza grandi problemi anche il venerdì e il sabato sera se si arriva presto.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa c'è qualche bolla di umido sulle pareti di casa, ma immagino sia anche perché, essendo la casa al piano terra e su strada, le finestre vengono aperte poco

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the main sights and public transport. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the place was decorated with a lovely contemporary style.

As it was ground floor level and next to a main road it was a little noisy and the neighbours dog was barking quite a bit as it had obviously been left alone on the Saturday night!

A good central location, close to Ortigia and easy to access by car. Apartment included all you need in terms of kitchenware, cooler, freezer but save a microwave owen. Had however a washing machine in kitchen (no dishwasher) which was handy for us. Landlord warned us about that the hotwater tank was 80 litres but it was no problem for us with 4 people. Very fast and direct service by landlord both at check-in and we got his number. That was handy when we found that the Nespresso coffeemaker suddenly had given up and started to leak water. One call and it was exchanged the day after. It is a city area but well insulated and aside for some dogs with the neighbour it was quiet.

Hard to get your washed stuff dry inside the apartment. We used the A/C to dehumidify and also put clothes out on the backyard which worked. Payment was all in cash but that seems normal in Italy
