OS Garden - Maison de Charme

The location of the property was very good. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Also, the train station is near. It’s about a 10 minute walk. We were near many restaurants and bars. Corsica Emanuel was just around the corner if you like to shop. Also, there was a supermarket straight up the street, if you needed to get groceries. Also, there is a patio and garden which is beautiful. You can sit outside and relax. Overall, this is a beautiful home. If I return to Salerno, I would definitely book this location again. Anna was very accommodating and did not hesitate to answer any questions you had.

The air conditioner in the bedroom next to the kitchen was not as cold as the rest of the rooms, but if you keep all the doors open, eventually the room was cooler. Overall though, this house was very nice.

The apartment is quirky, has character and is very well located. It is in walking distance of ferry and bus services to the Amalfi Coast and the train station for trips to Naples, Pompeii and Paestum etc. There was a decent supermarket within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The owner and host were very kind and could not have been more helpful. For example an issue with one of the doors was dealt with the day after making the report.

The apartment is in the city centre and was noisier than we are used to - this might not be an issue for others.
