Palazzo Cinque Greenview

This apartment is ideally located in a quiet side street, only a few minutes’ walk from the arena. There’s even a bakery just around the corner - perfect for breakfast. There are two bedrooms, one large one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one quite simple with just a shower and one very large with a huge bathtub plus a separate shower. We enjoyed having the balcony for breakfast or an apero in the evening. The kitchen is large enough for 4 people to eat comfortably but it is very basically kitted out. There were no teatowels or cloths. I appreciated the easy communication with the property owners either over Booking.com or directly and we were given a personal welcome to the apartment. There is no official parking but we were able to park on the street with no problem. You just need to make sure you keep up with the payments.

I've never been so mistreated in my life The host is incredibly rude and intrusive, it felt like we were going through a police interrogation instead of just receiving the keys for the apartment.. Not only that but we were not previously informed of the rules and penalizations that he has. Instead of receiving the service that we PAID FOR, it felt like he was treating us as intruders and that we were not welcome If we had known that it was going to be this way we would have NEVER even though about coming to this place, so if anyone is thinking of going, my advice is to don't do it. I have no words to explain how bad the treatment was, but even when we were inside the apartment we were still uncomfortable because the host/owner lives in the apartment besides this one so he told us he could hear everything and that we had to be really quite and that he would know everything we did. If I pay for an Airbnb is to be comfortable and for one this expensive to be so awful...

Great location and incredibly calm. good beds, good clean bathrooms, very nice terrace.

The property lacks some things: hair dryer, iron table and iron, towels for drying dishes.

The apartment was as advertised, in a central, safe location and walking distance to all prime facilities. It was clean, spacious, air conditioned and with two bathrooms great for the family. Verona is a wonderful city and highly recommended. The Opera is a must do event, stunning.

Minor feedback would be to have tea towel for drying dishes as with the minimum crockery and cutlery for 4 x people drying is needed to ensure availability for next drinks, food etc.
