Ottima organizzazione per l'accesso e ottima pulizia.

Stanza piccola per 4 persone e prima notte al gelo non avendo a disposizione un buon impianto di riscaldamento e non avendo trovato il telecomando del condizionatore (fornito solo a partire dal secondo giorno di permanenza)

Residenza in ottima posizione, come appoggio per visitare Verona. Host davvero unicl mi è venuto incontro per un mio disguido di prenotazione. Residenza pulita, accogliente, calda con riscaldamento a pavimento. Parcheggio comodissimo davanti la residenza. L appartamento si presenta ricco di ogni elemento compreso lavatrice lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro ed asciugacapelli

Raccolta differenziata rifiuti da migliorare. Lasciata in cucina c'è poco spazio. Metterei nel balcone

Spazi e silenziosità.

Trattandosi di un soggiorno per svago ho trovato l'appartamento poco confortevole, e sgradevole l'odore della struttura e dell'appartamento, forse per i prodotti utilizzati o semplicemente il deodorante ambiente. Viste le temperature rigide, non abbastanza caldo .
