Ottima posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla piazza principale della città con la possibilità di usufruire di un parcheggio gratuito nel cortile del fabbricato.

L'accesso al cortile per il parcheggio richiede un po' di pratica nella guida, ma nulla di particolarmente difficile. Nell'appartamento non è presente una televisione che, seppure non indispensabile, rappresenterebbe un plus gradito. Migliorerei l'illuminazione della cucina.
