Excellent location for walking to the center and other sights. The parking was close to the apartment. The owner was kind and always available via WhatsApp.

However, there were some issues that made our stay less comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely weak, which made showering quite stressful during our two-night stay. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the heating was inconsistent—it kept cutting in and out. At times, the apartment was very cold, and we had to wait a long time for it to warm up properly.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Sanremo dal 31/12 al 02/01 e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. Lo staff si è dimostrato fin da subito molto gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a nostro agio. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, comodissima e vicinissima al centro città. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e molto grazioso, dotato anche di cucina, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Amedeo, persona estremamente disponibile e attenta: ci ha scritto anche dopo la nostra partenza per ringraziarci di aver lasciato l’appartamento in ordine, un gesto davvero raro e apprezzato. Siamo stati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Ciao Sanremo e ciao Amedeo!

Emplacement dans l'hypercentre avec la possibilité de garer un véhicule, c'est très pratique. L'environnement est calme car l'appartement ne donne pas directement sur la rue. L'accueil est très chaleureux, sympathique

Le canapé-lit n'est pas très confortable, mais les lits de la chambre sont biens.

L'appartement est spacieux et très proche du centre ville.

On entend trop facilement les hôtes qui occupent les chambres d'à côté.
