The house is very quiet, you can get a good rest, the house is very warmly furnished, it feels like home, the TV supports Netflix, the host is very enthusiastic, I recommend it to everyone.

Cozy studio apartment matching the description, with all facilities you need. Situated in a quiet, clean and safe area, 10 min walk to the main shopping areas and 30 min walk to the old town. Plenty of food stores, restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. Good Internet connection, suitable for smart working - which was my case. Bonus: great collection of cult Italian comics "Diabolik".

The apartment lacks a bit of natural light and ventilation, as only the kitchen area has large windows: this was no problem for me, but it might be so for someone else. Artificial lights and air conditioners are, however, strong and well planned and compensate for that.
