The location is on a hill, quiet. Clean rooms. We had an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The view from the terrace is alright, you could see a bit of the valley, although lots of cables from the electrical columns, but this is everywhere pretty much. The little terrace in front of the appartment is nice to take breakfast or dinner. It was rainy when we were there so we didn't use it (beginning of April 2024, for one night only). The road to the property was out of the ordinary. And this in a beautiful, interesting and intriguing way, as we arrived around 23h00, on the hilly reagion, with narrow streets, nearly impossible to turn unless entering in someone's yard, passing houses at a hand distance from the car mirrors. The host was very friendly. He prepared for us little something as a welcome: a bottle of sparkling wine, a panettone, etc. Not much but the gesture was appreciated. The kitchen is fully prepared with all utensils for cooking.

It's a quiet and safe little community. It's at the bottom floor, so that's very convenient. Maximilian is very helpful and checks up on us if we need anything. I messaged him very late at night coming from Genoa and he replied in no time. His instructions are very clear. Also the shower rooms are very big and modernized compareed to regular Italian shower rooms. Highly recommended.

We didn't like the alternative road to the apartment. We drove a huge SUV and the road was very tiny. We had to fold our mirrors in order for us to fit between two buildings. But it's nobody's fault. The easier road to the apartment is closed under maintenance.

Noisy fan in bathroom and too much smell of scintillating, a little bit challenging way to reach. First day rooms were too cold but next day he increased the temperature of rooms after my request

Great place to stay and to relax. Very nicely designed. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms.

Everything was so great!!! Location, view, atmosphere around the house, interior, design, etc Owner greet us with kindness and small but very meaningful presents.

Big and comfortable house, private bathroom for each bedroom. House includes everything needed for cooking! Lovely place with beautiful view. Homey and welcoming. Massimiliano is an incredibly nice host, who was happy to help with whatever we needed.

There wasn't always parking available right next to the house, but there was parking available down the street.

For the price we did not expect much, however the place exceeded our expectations. There were everything we could possibly need (even coal for barbecue), snacks and more. Friendly neighbour gave us tomato from his garden :) .

Road and parking was somewhat tricky, but that should be expected, because this place is literally on the mountain. However that should be no complain for the price. Also pictures on booking site does not do the justice - place is much nicer than you can see in the pictures. Maybe it would be a good idea to hire professional photographer.
