Amazing location, very easy to walk to city center, comfortable bed, had most things that you needed to cook, and the host was very responsive/kind.

The apartment is partly underground so there is minimal natural light and no screens so if you leave any of the windows open bugs fly in. The temperature of the shower only gets luke warm but that doesn’t bother me. Having cooking oil would have been great and maybe a new frying pan.

Great location. We found a pay car park, but didn't know about free street parking just down the hill. That wasn't clear in the information.

Quite humid and a bit dark

The location was great, 10 minute walk to the square and 4 minute walk to a bus stop in Monteluce. The property was clean and tidy, great facilities, and the bed was super comfortable.

The TV was in the kitchen, it would have been awesome if the TV was in the bedroom and there was like Netflix or a Smart TV to watch English shows as I was travelling solo but this wouldn’t matter if you were with others!

Great location near the historic centre of Perugia but be warned. Hills can be steep. Lovely little house well equipped and very helpful host. We had a great week.

Nothing about the property was negative and great value for money.
