Clean, well located, amazing host!

Location was high up but the most beautiful views and easy to get up or down whether you used the stairs or the local easy bus! Stefania was super helpful & helped us book transfers from Naples with stops in Pompeii (with a great tour guide). Everything was seamless and perfect. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the end of September - perfect weather (70s day/60s night). It is very clean and beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood of Positano. The bed was super comfy with the focal point being the large outdoor patio which overlooks hillside villas and the vast Mediterranean - spectacular views during the day and lit up at night! 5 min walk down steps to reach a convenient store, bar and restaurant (local hang outs). Another 10 min to reach the heart of Positano (very loud and ptouristy) with shops, restaurants and beach/ferry. It is a bit of a workout on the trip back but is worth the adventure. Stefania is the BEST host we have ever had! She reached out right away and arranged drivers to/from airport and private tours of the Amalfi Coast as well as dinner reservations. Private drivers prefer to be paid in Euros. She is so gracious and provided tea, coffee, breakfast items and even a bottle of Prosecco! Be sure to hike The Path of the Gods - it’s rigorous but there is nothing like it! We took a taxi to Nocelle (much closer than Bomerano) then hiked an out and back. Plus the ride to Nocelle is like a rollercoaster ride - super fun!! Visit “Earth Trekkers” website for the best step by step description and tips. We highly recommend Casa Carola if you are looking for sea views and prefer not to stay in the congested touristy part of Positano. We really loved Stefania’s place! It was spacious, clean, and felt like home! She left us some snacks, wine and gave us a great run down of Positano and her favorite places. The balcony is beautiful and relaxing.

The only thing to note for us during our stay was the shower did not have hot water all of the time and when it did it only lasted less than 5 minutes and the water pressure was not the best.

Stefania is an excellent host. She went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The apartment was very clean, with the most exceptional view and the most beautiful balcony. The AC was very powerful, we slept very comfortably. Stefania also prepared a lot of snacks and stocked the pantry of the apartment to make sure that we were well fed. The apartment is a bit far from the main beach, but Stefania advised us on how to best navigate Positano and commute from the apartment. We were very happy with our stay and cannot recommend this apartment enough.

The water pressure of the shower was a bit weak.

This was truly a dream come true. We wanted to experience what it was like to actually live here and it was better than we imagined. Million dollar views, fabulous balcony and a wonderful host who is very responsive and helped us with everything we needed including learning the local bus system which was super easy to get up and down the hill. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was full of live house plants and flowers. You won't regret staying here.
