Spacious, had good AC and showers as well as all the essentials, great location due to proximity to the beaches and town center, available host.

A little low on toilet paper.

The property was nice and our host was very sweet. The neighborhood felt pretty safe. Small grocery store across the street for getting supplies. Its also a nice walk to the historic center, Garibaldi Square and about a 20 plus minute walk to the train station in Monopoli which can get you pretty much anywhere. There is also a laundromat just around the corner. If you are a bit older or have trouble walking it may be a bet harder to get to the historic center. The outside wall to the center is only about a 5 minute walk, but the center where everything happens is a little bit further in. P.S. Always wear your sneakers !!

The neighborhood is pretty noisy at night, motorcycle's, cars and a bit of neighbors yelling, but its a neighborhood, not a hotel and some noise at night should be expected. There's no sleeping in, recycling and trash trucks start VERY early. There were no bathrobes, no hand soap, no hair dryer and unfortunately no sea view as described in the listing. Be sure to have your host turn the gas on for the stove, its easy to turn on under the cabinet, but you might be uncomfortable doing it yourself.

Fresh, clean, spacious and very helpful hosts. Casa Fabiana was ideal for our stay in Monopoli.

Excellent overall experience, would definitely recommend this place! Only negative was lack of clothes iron and toaster - apparently not provided due to concerns about fire hazard risks from the hosts.

If you don't want to stay in the old town, this property is well located between the old town and the beach areas. Only one minute walk to the old town. The bathrooms were spacious and modern with good water pressure. The property has been newly renovated. It is a very spacious unit.

There was only one two seater lounge in a very big living area. As this apartment has three bedrooms there should be another lounge. There is also no TV in the lounge area although there are smart TV's in each bedroom. There was some outside noise early in the mornings.

The property was so clean and spacious. It had everything we needed as a larger group. Great place to stay, very close to the town of Monopoli and the beaches.
