leider ist die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz neu, teilweise abgenutzt bzw. defekt. (Wasserhahn Spüle defekt, beide Duschschläuche undicht, Mängel wurden teiweise umgehend abgestellt)

La vista mozzafiato. La tranquillità e la bellezza del complesso e del suo parco. La pulizia della casa e il buono stato degli accessori, soprattutto il pentolame. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore, Alessandro.

Un paio di cose da sistemare - imposte delle finestre delle camere da letto, porta della doccia - ma molto probabilmente da imputare all’usura di fine stagione.

Líbilo se nám úplně všechno. Ubytování má skoro soukromé západy slunce, skvělá lokalita, okolí a hlavně nádherná pláž Portu Cauli.

Beautiful location, perfect house with a gorgeous terrace for families, right by the pool. Great there is a lifeguard on so children are safe. Alessandro was an excellent host, guide and couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel welcome. He works very hard!

Mattresses were quite quite soft as just foam.

The house has an excellent location, close to the swimming pool. The view from the patio is amazing, very beautiful. Nebida is a beautifully located village, and offers the comfort of a few restaurants and an excellent pizzeria. Really great that such a relatively small house has 2 bedrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. We appreciated the use of both! The bedrooms are big enough and the beds are also comfortable. The kitchen is very small but functional, with dishwasher. We were also very happy with the washing machine. The patio is amazing, we had breakfast there and would spend the end of each day there (times without direct sun light on the patio). In the evenings you can see and hear bats and owls flying by. Very nice experience! We can also highly recommend watching the sunset from the rocks facing the sea. There are nice beaches close by, we enjoyed Cala Domestica the most. Do keep in mind you need to drive there, you cannot walk to any beach from the house. Unless you like long hikes of course, which I would not recommend in the middle of summer.

The furniture downstairs could be a bit more comfortable. The chairs are not made for long dinners or playing games. The sofa is suitable for lying on it, sitting is also not very comfortable. It would also be nice to have a bit more shade and privacy on the patio. We consider these details however, and can highly recommend this property. We would come again!
