The location & view from kitchen & living room window. Aircon unit in the bedroom worked well. Well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc.

Though the double bed was comfortable it was a little low & a bit difficult to get out of. Robe hooks & a toilet paper holder are required in the bathroom.

Great location right in the tourist city center! Very good restaurant downstairs, everything you may need (restaurants, bars, wineries, markets, bus stops, city port) within meters from your doorstep, parking space within walking distance.

Apartment would be OK for a young couple (or maybe 2 young couples) but not really suitable for a family with small children nor basketball players for that matter :). Area upstairs has very low ceilings and bad ventilation + the main and only bathroom upstairs is not something you would expect for the price range. Kitchen equipment could also use a refresh but given all the restaurants around you, acceptable. Host was able to organize a cleaning service the next day after our checkin, was also very helpful in general. I think the location is perfect and with a relatively small investment, the apt could become a great deal.

Great location and wonderfull host.

No breakfast, but coffee was available for us. Nice host, and perfectly situated in the center of Lerici. Loved the airconditioning! also very convenient with a washing machine.

Small bathroom and the beds were a bit stiff for our taste. Also, there could have been wine glasses available.
