Casa Dondini

The location of this apartment was absolutely great. It was easy to locate and then to walk from to many attractions in the city. The host, Michele, was very good at explaining everything. In addition, he helped us leave our small bags for free in a nearby bar. We arrived very early and it would be hard for us to walk around the city during a very warm day even with small bags. He saved us a locker fee (lockers are very close to the apartment on the same street. The apartment is well equipped with everything one needs.

The traffic and people noise on a very busy street was pretty high. Fortunately, we are very experienced travelers and ALWAYS carry the good earplugs with us. Michele also provided earplugs on a side table for the guests, which is a good idea. Because owners of the apartments put photos of their numerous places altogether on Booking.com one never knows which apartment one gets. I think we would prefer to know that our apartment is on a street level.

Very pleasant stay! The room has a unique style that makes you feel like you’re staying inside a small museum filled with beautiful art pieces and thoughtful details. It’s very spacious and the location is wonderful. Even though the weather was very warm during my stay, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool at night, which made sleeping very comfortable. The bed and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable as well. Michele was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and considerate throughout the whole stay. The instructions were always clear and sent in a timely manner. On top of that, I received plenty of great recommendations for food, places to visit, and local tips, which made the experience even better. Loved everything about the stay. Thank you, Michele!

Posizione eccellente, disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dell’host. Appartamento pulito, fornito di tutto quello che può servire.

Struttura posizionata in zona centrale della citta'.

Si sentono molto i rumori provenienti dalla stada e per questo l host fornisce tappi per le orecchie.

La casa è in posizione centralissima, 10 min a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Mi serviva un posto comodo lì vicino avendo passato la maggior parte del tempo al cinema Modernissimo e questa casa non è stata da meno. Andava tutto benissimo, dalla pulizia alla facilità di accesso, avvenuta tramite fotografie e dettagliatissima descrizione. Tornerò sicuramente.

Nulla, personalmente andava davvero bene MA se proprio devo trovare un neo direi che la casa essendo vecchia tende ad odorare leggermente di cantina, specie se si lasciano le finestre chiuse. Ebbene, siccome a Bologna in questa zona di zanzare non ne ho viste neanche per sbaglio, basta lasciare aperte le finestre e il "disagio" (se possiamo chiamarlo tale) si risolve completamente.
