Il Nido del Picchio

Bellissimo piccolo appartamento a due passi dal centro. Ideale per visitare tutto il centro direttamente a piedi. L' appartamento è ben curato ed elegantemente arredato con un tono decisamente vintage. Bellissimo il piccolo terrazzino che affaccia sul ponte romano e sul fiume.

Forse non guasterebbe qualche nota informativa sull'uso di alcune cose

Very cleverly designed remodel of an obviously old building, with the cutest little balcony-for-lunch. The balcony offers a great view of the lush vegetation around one of the city’s two central rivers, and of the lights from the historic district at night.

It got cold a couple of nights and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating system. We should have just asked. The kitchenette is small so careful planning is required.

Our host was more than accommodating about our irregularities(arrival time changes, vegetarianism, etc). The apartment was lovely and very clean with toiletries provided for a shower. The view is amazing!

There’s really nothing negative to say!

The Nido is perfectly located for visiting the historic centre 10 minutes walk across the river bridge. The apartment has a balcony with a lovely view across the river to the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our host, Antonella, saved a car parking space directly opposite the apartment. Travelling with Dogs: Antonella did not charge extra for our dog and 5 minutes up the road almost directly opposite, is a handy little park for those morning/evening outings.

Fantastic location and Antonella was the perfect host.
