Ottimo appartamento con terrazzo con vista mare, (a 10m dal mare, forse meno). Il proprietario molto disponibile e attento ad ogni eventuale esigenza, affabile, simpatico. Accoglienza ottima, precisa e davvero piacevole! Massima disponibilita'da parte del proprietario. Vacanza davvero piacevole!

"Great location at Alassio beach"

We enjoyed the central location of the apartment, directly at Alassio beach, with the balcony facing the beach and the sea. The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of beautiful sunny days in Alassio. Dario is a great host and has been very helpful in relation to arrival and hand-over of keys, luggage transport, parking, and also organizing sunbeds at the beach. He was also very transparent prior to our stay and made us aware that there can be noise at night from the nightlife downstairs. We did not mind the noise and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Die Wohnung ist an einer super Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So nah am Meer - außergewöhnlich. Die Abende auf dem Balkon waren geprägt vom Rauschen des Meeres, der Lebendigkeit des Nachtlebens und den Geckos auf der Hausmauer, die jagten. Für alle, die den Puls des italienischen Küstenlebens suchen, ist diese Wohnung die Topwahl.

Great central location, awesome view. Just in front of the sea, the beach (both private and public), very good restaurants next door and the cafe downstairs. Very welcoming host and the whole team of the cafe and the beach was fantastic.

The bunk beds were not available for our kids, so we had to sleep all together in one room. Not ideal for a romantic holiday if you want some privacy. The sofa bed was not comfortable and gave us back pain, maybe ok for one night but not for a week.
