While the property looks really nice, actually it’s not as good as you think.

There is black and white MOLD in bathroom. (added some pics)Have some big problems with toilet flush and no things in apartment to resolve the problem.The dishes were not properly clean, when we arrived. Some spider webs, dust and e.t.c . Generally the level of cleanness was not satisfied. We also killed one cockroach. While neighbourhood is really artsy, worth of mentioning is the car in front of building, to where people just pee on street and stink is really impressive.

Modern, convenient location, cosy and comfortable.

We arrived late in the evening so it wasn't so easy to find the appartement in the beginning based on photos and instructions. The surroundings looked a bit rough at night, but eventually we got used to it and felt safe.

all worked smooth! Giuliana communicates perfectly, indeed. Quick tips for restaurants. Very easy to get in all important places to see. Top and lively small square with restaurants just around the corner, we had incredibly nice welcome dinner there in very true italian atmosphere ! Just ideal for 3 of us. Authentic sicilian quarter.

Very clean, and nice interior!

The apartment was in a great localization, bars and restaurant were a few steps from apartment, bus station 7 minutes far away. The area was nice and quiet. Contact with the owner was one of the best I have ever had, she was helpful and available all the time.

Central location, lots of extras such as linens and coffee provided, good host communication.

The neighbourhood is extremely dangerous and scary. Lots of nighttime noise Sofa bed was not very comfortable, the place is more suited to two adults, instead of 4

the area in which the apartment is located is close to the center, but it is very scary. I think it's a bad area
