"NOISE NOISE NOISE - above a nightclub."

Clean, spacious.

NOISE NOISE NOISE. Directly about a nightclub, Friday and Saturday nights do not expect good sleep.

"Very good"

Excellent location just a few steps from the sights but away from the noise and crowds. Great air-conditioning. Spacious, clean and comfortable 2-story house.

Shower hooks in both bathrooms were broken so you needed to hold the shower in your hand - an easy fix. Noise from a washing machine or water pump (we couldn't work out where it was coming from) that woke us up at 5:45 each morning - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

"Good value in a clean duplex flat"

The accommodation is lovely and spacious. The furnishings were comfortable. The location was in the centre of the historic district. The rooms were clean. There was a terrace.

Unfortunately, it was above a bar which over the weekend played loud music that made the bedroom on the first floor (UK first floor) a boombox. However, one could put in ear plugs and have a good night's sleep.

"The Best Hidden Gem in Palermo"

The apartment is well located in the center of the old town. Yet, it is on a very private street away from heavy foot traffic. The temperature got very hot for a couple of days, but the flat was perfect for afternoon rest. There is a small local pub with a fantasic staff in the piazza. Stop in for a night cap. I will definitely return.

There were so many positives that I cannot remember anything not to like about our stay. There is some temporary renovation work going on in another building in the piazza. However, it will be finished by years end, and will complete the piazza.

"Your own little green patch in the centre of Palermo!"

The appartment is located in a little green square, full of trees just around the corner from the Maqueda street. A real hidden gem! It features 2 balconies on the 1rst floor and a terracce on the 2nd floor. Comfortable for a company of 5 to 7 (two bathrooms!!!).

"Exceptional"

Beautiful house in a lovely square that is very central. Terrace looks better in real life than the photos. Owner very helpful.. A great base for a break. We will be back!

Pillows were lumpy. Otherwise perfect.
