Amazing service and location!

Very good location, room was clean and good size. The host answered our messages promptly.

Most information in the guide book should have shared with us well in advance so we can plan our trip accordingly, not on the day of our arrival. The host answered our messages promptly but prior our arrival, most answers are “we will share the information a few days before your arrival “ , not helpful at all. I don’t understand why parking, luggage storage information could not be shared in advance. Also there are not enough soaps provided in the bathroom, no place to put soap in the shower. The bed sheet keeps came off.

Location is perfect and centrally located for a visit in Cernobbio in Lake Como.

So hard to find parking and had to park very far away. Also, there was no electrical outlet near the dining table so had to move the dining table close to the kitchen counter to be able to plug my laptop and iPhone.

Large apartement with everything you need. Location is excellent. Easy check in and out.

Modern smart apartment with enough facilities for our needs

Location was very central close to the lake. Apartment was a good size and very clean. The online guest book covered alot of questions and gave information / recommendations on restaurants & what to do. Any questions we had they were very responsive by whatsapp message which was so helpful

Just to note that it's onstreet paid parking but there is free parking available about 10 minutes walk away which was perfect

Size, space, cleanliness and incredible centralised location.

Perfectly situated for a nearby wedding, and a short walk to the ferry terminal with direct link to Como + other towns around the lake. Last minute addition of a friend was solved by the hosts making up the sofa bed at no additional cost.
