One of the best accomodations we stayed in in the last few years! And we are travelling abroad almost monthly for some days. Most probably the best we stayed in Italy. The location is wonderful, 300 m from the Railway Station, at the entrance of the Shopping area (Corso d'Italia). The Piazza del Miracoli can be reached in 20-25 min walking. The flat is on the 3rd floor in a new building. Cosimo , our host, was very friendly and welcoming, waited for us to hand over the keys and show us around. He had not only an espresso machine and coffee capsules, but also other sweets for an italian style breakfast and a bottle of water. Air con in every room, bathroom with a lot of amenities. Clean and cosy, furniture Ikea type, but functional, we liked it very much and would highly recommend it to other travellers.

The host provided a lot of extras including breakfast. It was a good place for longer term stays close to Railway Station. Modern building, modern lift in a good area.

It is a well equipped, modern apartment, with an excellent host. It is in a central location in the city center close to the railway station.

This place is great! Nothing is missing, you'll find everything even bathroom products, some food for breakfast... It's very close to the train station, easy to visit Lucca or Firenze for example, and also perfect to visit Pisa. Cosimo is a wonderful host, warm welcome and he stays in touch during your stay. Bed are comfortable too and you can park your car in a secure garage.

The property is immaculate and in a perfect location to explore Pisa! Lots of lovely restaurants and shops close by and just 10-15 minute walk to the tower.

The property looks exactly like in the photos. It is very clean and cosy. The apartament is just 5 minutes away from the train station and also very close to some nice restaurants. We could find everything we needed during our stay: shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea, breakfast products. Even two umbrellas were at our disposal. The owner is a very nice person and always eager to help. It is trully the best apartament we ever booked in Italy.

The host - Cosimo, met us at the entrance, accompanied to the apartment, providing all necessary information and comprehensive explanation, answered all our questions and shared very useful hints on places in nearby locations. The apartment is very well equipped with everything one may need. Everything we needed we easily found available in the apartment. Apartment location and the way it was equipped exceeded our expectations. More than that, we were deeply touched with the sincere friendly, supportive and human attitude of Cosimo !
