Al KAssaRO Vacanze a Palermo

The apartment was situated on the main street in the old district Palermo, you don't get to be closer to the action. The apartment had all the facilities needed for cooking and spending a whole week there, and it was great to have air conditioning in the bedroom. It also helped to have a keybox for a self checkin. Very generally we (me +1) had a great week there, but the place needs some maintenance. The communication with the host was also excellent, he was very responsive and helpful.

There were several things that I noticed that needed fixing: The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the shower was not in a good condition anymore. There were no reserve garbage bags and no kitchen wipes, and it was most annyoing that the electricity in the apartment only works when you are physically there, since you have to insert a key into the fuse box that cannot be removed from the other keys needed to open the apartment. I sincerely hope that this will be fixed in the future. What is also important to know is that if you are a traveller that appreciates a quiet place, this apartment is not for you. It is located on the first floor just above the main street, so you will have noise from tourist and the garbage collectors from early morning until late at night.

Brilliant stay we really enjoyed the whole area and the place is very central you cannot ask for more the host Roberto was brilliant and contactable via watsapp we would definitely stay again thanks very much.

I appreciated the location of the apartment; it was situated on the central street, making everything easily accessible and within close proximity.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, often not working, and there was an issue with the hot water supply. After some use, the hot water would run out, necessitating a wait before it could be used again, which means two people can’t shower one after another without waiting.

I had a wonderful stay in Al KassaRo. The location is great. All rooms are clean. The view from windows and balconies is super. Thanks for the great support of the owner of the apartment .

The place is in the historic town and is great. The host was so kind and helpful.

We liked everything. It is a great place to stay if you're a lively places lover. We enjoyed the show of a busy street from the nice balcony. Close to everything. The house is confortable, nice and clean, the check-in and check-out has been smouth. In a nutshell, we realy enjoyed this stay. Thank you!
