Sehr schöne Wohnung im italienischen Stil und sehr nah am Meer. Hat uns sehr gefallen.

Big rooms, nice location.

Only one key, which is problematic if people want to go home at different Times.

Spacious, bright and clean apartment in the 1st floor of more than 100 years old vila, with own entrance from shared staircase with the owner who.has apartment above. Althoug we haven't met the host, the communication was without problem, Silvia communicates in english, the instruction for self check-in were send in time and were very clear. There are information in english in the apartment as well. The guest has own keys from.house and apartment ( mentioned in other review that not).The see is almost nextdoor, Marina di Pisa is lovely.

Bathroom is small, towels are pretty much used and rubber mattress protector together with bedding made from unnatural materials are unpleasant

Location was great, apartment was nice.

The tenants above the property have to walk through the apartment to access the stairs to their apartment. The lack of privacy was concerning and surprising. There was no A/C, so the rooms were boiling hot! There were small fans in the rooms, but my family sweat profusely through the night.

The beds and pillows were super comfy! Extra pillows and blankets were also available.

Shower didn’t drain very well. We only stayed one night so we didn’t even ask for it to be fixed. I’m sure it would have been quickly resolved had we stayed longer.
