Residenza alle Grazie

The location is outside the town, which we like, but not so far for a bike. We announced late arrival and the host arranged everything we could come during the night. The appartment was nice and clean with a very nice view.

The apartment was very spacious, very clean and in a very quite area only minutes away from the lake with a car! It had everything we needed for our stay! The host was very nice also.

The welcome was very friendly, we texted via the booking app when we would arrive and upon arrival we have been shown around by the host. There is a bike room which seems to be pretty safe (it is locked all the time), which is a huge plus. Everything seems to be newly renovated, the bathroom is very nicely done. Kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen/sitting area is pretty narrow, but enough for two people. Be aware, that there is no door between the kitchen area and the sleeping area, so it is all basically one room. This was not a big issue for us, but do not burn anything in the kitchen, as the sleeping room will smell as well... ;-) The mattress was super comfy! The balcony is pretty tiny, which was no issue for us, it was big enough to have a drink outside. The view is lovely and it is very quiet outside (no traffic or many people, a remote location which we loved).

Mosquito net on the windows would be awesome (especially the bathroom window), as this year there have been so many mosquitos - really annoying. We bought a electric mosquito plug to get rid of them and to be able to open the windows, so this would be a huge plus! It is a quiet area but sometimes we could hear our neighbors (in the other appartment next to us) talking. It did not bother me as I put in the earplugs during the night. But maybe worth considering if you are a light sleeper.

Very friendly owner and perfect room with a lovely view from the balcony. Nice welcoming fruit bowl and everything in the apartment was brand new and clean!

Alessandro was very nice and reactive. The flat is calm, Well located and clean. I recommend it strongly.

Great sized apartment with gorgeous views of the surrounding area. Very well equipped with everything you might need. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. The AC was particularly welcome in the heat.

Spacious apartment, convenient place to store bicycles, friendly and helpful hosts.
