David Pretty Loft near Central Station Casatuabari

Host was very accommodating and provided us with useful information. Apartment was in a quiet and safe area.

Water leaked from shower area.

- The host was keen on giving us a lot of information about the city. - The host also let us stay with a late check-out, as we had our flight in the afternoon, there were no issues with it. - The apartment was very clean and modern -> compared with other accommodations in that area - The apartment was quiet

- The natural light is quite low, there is only one window there, and also, the loft is between tall buildings - Being on the ground level, we were rang up by postmen quite often, as they needed to entry the building. - There is a school near, so in the week-time there is a lot of traffic around the building -> parents getting their children to / from school - The water is pre-heated in a boiler, but that boiler is quite small: it runs quickly out of hot water.

Nice & cozy apartment. Good location. Just perfect for holiday. :)

It was very attractive , comfortable and the best equipped apartment we’ve rented . Both beds are really comfortable with lovely linen and pillows. we really appreciated the bright lighting and lots of plug ins. There is a great restaurant just around the corner . It is very convenient to catch the bus to Matera or Alberobello from this location . Our host was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions .

The walk from the train station could be a little off putting the first time .
