What we liked was the location and size of the house. We were 4 of us and we were very comfortable in the two bed apartment. There were two bathrooms which is rare and that was great for a larger group. The host helped us book transfers from Naples train station and back which was helpful and was also available to receive us at 1 am in the night which was very sweet. The location is fabulous in Sorrento, just walking distance from the main areas of Sorrento. Sorrento is perfect if you want to day trips to Capri, Amalfi, Positano and Ravello.

The apartment did not have any cleaning service which was quite disappointing. We asked them if they could clean the rooms and they said that would be additional which was not appreciated. We stayed there for 4 nights and if your a group of people you will need to have the apartment cleaned. It made us question whether we made the right decision living in the apartment or if we should have chosen a hotel instead. They could have simply offered it every alternate day or something, its quite basic especially if tourists are there on vacation, who doesn't like coming to a clean room! We booked the Capri tour with the host and we were informed one hour before that the tour was cancelled due to weather. Since it was our last day, we went to the fairy terminal directly to understand if we had any other options and to our luck there were atleast 4 tour options there. Capri was the best part of our trip and we are glad we made it because we took our chances. It would have been great if the host had done some research to help book us these options if the first was cancelled since they are more familiar with the area and we are just tourists. It showed lack of information of their part.

check in and out were terrible. this is a flat owned by a real estate agency, and the name given to it is completely meaningless (so do not search for it on the street). prior to arrival we received countless messages asking about the arrival time, but despite this harassments and the clear answer we gave, no one was there to show us the place. the agents handling it are trying to be helpful but are quite uncoordinated between themselves. the flat is uncomfortable for more than 4 people, as the extra bed in in the living room, so the person using it is woken up with the first person waking up... location is somewhat far from the center of Sorrento. requires 10 minutes walk or so to any place of interest.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped holiday apartment,fantastic views, only a short walk to the center of town. Kitchen stocked with essentials provided option to eat in. Our host Antonio was great to deal with and easy to contact.

2 euro per person to use the pool but it is a good size and our boys loved that it had a diving board. Advertised as three bedrooms but is actually two, however has a big sofa bed with a good mattress in the living room so the apartment easily accommodated our family of five
