Please note, parking is subject to availability. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. First set of towels and bed linen are free. An additional cost of EUR 10 for bed linen and EUR 5 for towels is required for a new set. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building, is an attic and as such part of the roof is pitched and therefore lower. (see photo gallery). It should be noted that the apartment building has an elevator but it goes up to the second floor , to reach the apartment there are two flights of stairs (about 20 steps).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
