"The place would be ok if beds are improved as this is one of the most important factor for a good holiday."

Location, air conditioning, big kitchen, good shower.

The beds were the worst we ever experienced and we travel around a lot. Our backs were not good. The springs could be felt through the mattresses and even though we had a great holiday and loved Caorle, the uncomfortable sleep and pain from bad beds spoilt it. There were also minor issues which could be improved easily like fixing the broken toilet cover seat and toilet paper holder.

"Good apartment for the price, but..."

Perfect position, few meters to the see amd restaurants, supermarket nearby. Appartment is quitely new renovated. Quiet in the night.

Mattresses are really really old, creaky and very uncomfortable. Amenity could be much better - no sponge, no tabs for dish machine, no soap in bathroom, no rag for floor
