L’emplacement était proche du centre de Vérone. Facile d’accès et pas trop bruyant. À première vue, bel endroit mais plein de petits défauts désagréables.

Dans l’annonce, l’air climatisée était inclus, mais il s’avère que non….. 20€ par jour si on utilisait l’air climatisée. Wifi non performant (impossible de faire des recherches sur internet). On a informé la propriétaire et elle nous a dit qu’elle n’a jamais eu de problème avec. En lisant les commentaires sur l’établissement maintenant, je me rend compte qu’on était pas les seuls à avoir eu des problèmes avec le Wifi. Le réseau cellulaire ne se rend pas à l’intérieur (établissement fait de béton). 1 papier de toilette pour 5 jours…. Savon pour le corps vide durant notre séjour. Pas de linge à vaisselle ou même nettoyer le comptoir.

I did not like this apartment on Corso Porto Nuevo. The details on the Booking.com website are VERY misleading.

Very disappointed, the apartment is marketed as being in the old city of Verona but was in fact on a very busy and noisy main road. There appears to be 2 apartments marketed under Residenza Verona. I assumed all the photos related to two apartments in the same building not separate addresses. The map location shows the apartment on Via Filipini NOT the apartment we were in on Corso Porto Nuevo. Our apartment was dated, in need of some repair and very disappointing. Many light bulbs in need of replacing. A cracked window in the bathroom. Grubby floors and dirty mat in the kitchen. Stained sofa cushion. The only positive thing was a 10 minute walk to Piazza Bra. Check your booking very carefully !!!

Nice and big apartment. Very good location: walking distance to railway station and Arena. Good washing machine. Host replied very quickly in WhattsApp (in Italian).
