Дуже хороша квартира в самому історичному центрі. До всього близько. Дуже приємний власник. В квартирі було все необхідне. Єдине, що квартира знаходиться на 3 поверсі, тому багато сходів, нам це не заважало, але кому важко підніматися, то потрібно на це звернути увагу.

The location was fantastic.

The only problem we had was climbing all the stairs in June. But you know, “attico “! We got used to it.

This apartment has lots of pros . It’s spacious , well equipped and the location was great - centrally located, steps from shops and amazing restaurants. The parking however was challenging … with no nearby spots we were parking a 20-25 minutes walk away and hauling suitcases through hot streets - it was also expensive to pay to park every day . Definitely something to consider . The apartment was very spacious for a family but the stairs a lot for little legs and can be stressful with a very long way to fall . Overall would definitely come back just would plan differently . Host was responsive to questions.

Appartement qui se situe dans le vieux Syracuse (ortigia) pas loin de la plage. Climatisé (et heureusement car il a fait très chaud!) très bien équipé.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Ortigia We spent a few wonderful days in this apartment with our two small children (2.5 years and 8 months). The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the middle of the historic old town of Syracuse/ Ortigia, surrounded by charming cafés, great restaurants, and just a short walk from the sea. There are also plenty of shops nearby. The apartment itself is modern, very clean, and cozy – we felt at home right away. Families with very small children should be aware that there are a few steps inside, but it was no problem for us. The only small downside is that the apartment is accessed via several stairs in the building, which can be a bit challenging with lots of luggage or a stroller. Also, since it’s located in a limited traffic zone, you can’t always drive directly to the apartment. We parked about 1.5 km away in a paid parking lot – it worked out fine for us. The contact with the host was excellent – very friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place!
