Struttura bellissima, proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Giardino e piscina veramente molto carini e ben curati, pulizia impeccabile. Un soggiorno da ripetere senz'altro.

everything! very fine hosts Valeria @ Augustino. close to highway, but quiet location. a train station is nearby. some restaurants are in walking distance. beautiful garden and even a swimming pool.

The apartment is located in a quite street, and is well equipped, Very good for a family with children. From there it is easy to reach the highway and to go around (our destination was Lucca, only 30 mins with car). The owner was helpful and to get the key was really easy. Kindly recommended.

I usually book apartment Airbnbs and not on this site. But was happy to find this gem in this site. We had an amazing stay at this place. I was travelling by car so this place was apt for me to visit florence, cinque terre, Pisa, Lucca etc during my 4 night stay. There was ample parking space available inside. The place was very secure. The hosts were very kind and warm and welcoming. I was initially skeptical as the hosts just spoke italian and I dont speak italian. But that never was an issue and we were made to feel at home. So much of space at your disposal outside was a blessing. The host was very responsive to all the communication. I can surely say that this was among top 4 nights during our stay in Italy. There are quite a few restaurants around and if you have a car then plenty of options in 10 min vicinity. Check in and check out was very smooth. I surely would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

This is not a serious issue, but a personal suggestion .I always select apartment which have both washer and dryer. Dryer was listed but it can be used only during winters. Booking.com should mention that in the listing. But that was not a problem as there is ample drying space with provision to dry as many clothes outside. And as we visited during summers it was no problem drying clothes ( and saving the environment).

A fantastic location with a beautiful organic garden. Lots of space in and outdoors. Our hosts Valeria and Augustin were splendid, we had a warm welcome and had very nice contact. A super place to either relax or as a base for day trips. Highly recommend.

Cosy, but not small, quiet but not isolated. We stayed in Donna Valeria's home for three nights, as it was in perfect distance to Piza, the west coast, Siena and Florence. An ideal place to rest if you are visiting big cities and want to have a peaceful place to return to in the evening. Very close to the market, bakery and city centre, where you can enjoy local food. I would love to have such a house in the future!
