- photos about the view does not correspond to reality - a lot of noise , there were a construction site right in front of us from the balcony view and also the bedroom have windows situated right below the road it gave you the impression that you sleep outside - it is not worth spending that much for a small studio, also not properly equipped there were no towels , no bed linnen we must spend additional 25 euro per person per night to rent it , no wifi ... - we booked 2 nights we ended up leaving after spending the first night there as it was really uncomfortable for us .

The location information the host provided lead us somewhere completely wrong in Google maps. I would suggest they ask guest use "hotel Fortina" as the GPS location, as that's the only one that led us to the right location.

No Wifi, No bed sheets and we had to pay for them, and set everything up ourselves. I would not call this place 'luxury" if you are going to force guests to pay $25 per person for sheets, no Wifi, and no control of the heating. Also no toilet paper, we bought it ourselves. Dishes were also very dirty when we arrived and we washed them ourselves. Maybe for the price i would have gone to a hotel instead.

Location

Very small, limited supplies, added charge for towels and sheets. Fold out bed was uncomfortable at best.

The apartment itself is nicely furnished, the owner was always available on whatssup and promptly responded to all questions. The location is right in front of the parking lot for the Groste ski lift, which may be a great plus

The building in which the apt is located is dated and dirty, the windows were soiled, the tiny spiral staircase that leads to the apartment is extremly uncomfortable (luckily you can get your luggage in threw the balcony, otherwise I can't imagine dragging a suitcase up this stairs). The view is mainly on the parking lot and partly on the ski slope and there is an apres ski (or apres hike since we were there in the summer) with loud music on the weekends that goes on untill midnight. The parking place was quite far away, and the street is very narrow, so it was a challenge to pack and unpack the car. And its a 25 min walk uphill from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio.
