Proche de toutes commodités. La clim était bienvenue, la cuisine opérationnelle et la salle d'eau commode.

La cuisine est cependant petite.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questo appartamento. La casa era pulita, ben accessoriata e in una posizione davvero ideale, a pochi passi dal mare, dal supermercato e dal centro. L’host è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Unico aspetto da segnalare è l’assenza del balcone, che per noi, avendo il gatto, si è rivelata addirittura un vantaggio. Nel complesso un’ottima scelta, che consigliamo senz’altro! 🌟

Todo bien.

L' appartamento è molto bello e nuovo. Ha incontrato appieno le nostre esigenze. È vicino il porto e al centro, vicino a parcheggi a pagamento.

Zentrale Lage in Sanremo. Dicht bei unzähligen Restaurants, Geschäften und Strand. Wohnung groß genug für kleine Familie. Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit alles was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Parkplätze nicht vorhanden. Nicht weit entfernt gibt blaue Parkplätze ( kostenpflichtige) und beim Hafen ( kostenlose) . Weniger als 2 Minuten laufen.

I really loved how close the property is to everything I need. The convenience of having shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby is a big plus for me. The property itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. But what really stood out was how comfortable and at home I felt as soon as I walked in. It just had that welcoming atmosphere
