Appartamento luminoso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Nuovo e ben arredato.

L'unica pecca è stata la difficoltà nell'accensione dei condizionatori per l'aria calda.

Tutto bene. Appartamento al 5' piano ma dotato di ascensore, pulito e confortevole. Non manca nulla . Il park è libero nelle vie adiacenti ma bisogna a fare attenzione al periodo di occupazione. Con Sanremo in Fiore è stata un po' dura ma Kevin ha cervmcato sempre di risolvere le ns richieste anche sui consigli di ristoranti e cose da vedere. La posizione è fuori dal centro ma con una passeggiata sul lungomare ci si arriva senza accorgersene.

Unica nota forse i rumori del traffico che iniziano il mattino presto

Posizione ottimale, parcheggio libero vicino. In 15 minuti a piedi con una passeggiata molto piacevole si raggiunge la piazzetta principale con i ristoranti e i bar. Casa comoda, bagno molto spazioso, utensili in cucina adeguati. Disponibili stendino e aspirapolvere.

The apartment was nice and clean- short walk to the beach and supermarket. About 20 min walk to the city centre.

A lot of noise from the street- it’s located at a very busy street with a lot of traffic.

"Super Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"

Super Lage, viel zu Fuß erreichbar (Strand, Bahnhof, Einkaufmöglichkeit, Bushaltestelle), zur Innenstadt/Altstadt ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Restaurants auch gut erreichbar. Pizzeria Senese ist sehr zu empfehlen sowie der Strand dort in der Nähe.

zu viert etwas eng (Ausziehcouch im Küchen-/Essbereich), mit ausgeklapptem Bett ist fast kein Platz mehr zu viert um den Tisch. Küche ist zum Selberkochen schwach ausgestattet (zumindest wenn man für 4 gute Esser kocht, nur zwei Herdplatten, es passt nur eine große Pfanne/ein großer Topf auf den Herd plus ein kleiner Topf).

Appartamento nuovo e ampio. Piano alto con vista mare. C'è quasi tutto in dotazione. Letti comodi e puliti. Doccia super

Da migliorare, secondo noi: in fondo l'appartamento è molto pulito, ma sono stati usati prodotti che lasciano aloni "grassi" che non danno idea di pulizia. Poca carta per quattro ospiti. Si potrebbe prevedere dell'acqua in frigo per gli ospiti all'arrivo?

L’appartement est refait de neuf

L’insonorisation est juste… on entend les voitures et les voisins( leurs discutions…musique… le moteur de leur volets roulants)c’est vraiment dommage…
