The host who is the owner is very hospitable and nice. You can tell he takes pride in his property by the way he maintains it including the surrounding patio and yard with nice landscape. Easy to check-in and easy to check-out. He met us once we got inside the property and he even moved his car from the enclosed garage so that we could fit both our vehicles. Very nicely appointed apartment and kitchen with large refrigerator and gas stove all very new and clean. The AC units in multiple rooms worked very well and we got there in extreme hot conditions close to 100 deg F. Liked the location at the end of a dead-end street, very private and quiet.

The only comment for other potential guests which for us was not any trouble is that you have to prepare your own breakfast even though the property is listed with breakfast included. Most places we have stayed that means they prepare and serve you the breakfast. So be advised, if you prefer for the staff to prepare and serve your breakfast this may not be for you. On the other hand, the owner stocked the refrigerator and the kitchen with all types of juices, coffee, tea, eggs, cold cuts, fruits, fresh croissants, slice breads, bottle water, etc... No complaints at all from my family and I. We only spent one night all 7 of us on our way to Civitavecchia Port and wished we had had more time to stay at that property and explore the area. Another comment, for those with mobility restrictions, you have to climb two sets of steps to the apartment.

We arrived late in the afternoon and due to circumstances the charging point didn't work. With two toddlers, we hoped to get a pizza, but due to the limited range and problems with the charger, we had to let that go. The host then went out himself with our order and in no time we were able to enjoy a fantastically delicious pizza. The next morning it turned out that the charger had also worked. The accommodation is spacious, clean and ideal for a family resuming their journey the next day. Thank you so much for this great experience! We’ll come back for sure.
