Very large spacious 1 bedroom unit with kitchen, washing machine and clothesline. Parking in a one way street easy to find nearby outside. A/C works well. Safe and secure. Good communication with owner.

A manageable flat walk to Ortigia which might concern some but not those who enjoy a walk. A touch distant from restaurants in the evening.

Very nice, small, and clean apartment. The host was kind and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, plus great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you might need.

The apartment is on a busy street, so it can get quite noisy at night. I had to close all the windows and use earplugs (though I’m very sensitive to noise, so this might not bother others). The bathroom window opens onto the neighbor’s small balcony, which felt a bit odd, so I made sure to keep it closed while using it. Another issue is that the entrance is inside the bedroom, so I was occasionally woken up when the neighbor entered or left their apartment. Lastly, the AC panel inside the apartment wasn’t working, which could be uncomfortable during periods of high humidity.

Parcheggio privato e tranquillità. Ottimo alloggio , fornito di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, lavare e vivere come a casa. A tre chilometri da Marina di Ragusa, veloce da raggiungere.
