Posizione, grandi spazi, riscaldamento. Disponibilità, educazione e simpatia dello staff.

Per raggiungere l’ascensore ci sono comunque degli scalini. Il bagno era impolverato e abbiamo trovati diversi capelli qua e là.

La casa é accogliente,calda e pulita. Centrale, non si puó trovare di meglio. Il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale. I mercatini di Arezzo molto belli. Esperienza fantastica. Sicuramente torneremo.

Apsolutely perfetct. Location can not be more convenient: walking distance from the train station, centro storico and just opposite the roman amfiteatar. Francesco, the host was very helpfull and kind and gave us great tips for both sightseeing and restaurants. Late check out, as well as water and juice upon arrival, were reallly highly appreciated. Appartment was beautifull, spatious, clean and very well equiped and eventhouh it doesn't have a/c, fans worked just fine for really hot weekend. And last but not least, Arezzo is really a gem. If you should decide to visit it, Frale appartment is by all means perfect choice.

The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious, and everything seemed new. There were three terraces too. Plenty of books about Arezzo and Tuscany and the arts to look at. The host, Francesco, was lovely and recommended a number of great places to eat out. Probably the best thing about the apartment is its location, it's right around the corner from the train station and a short walk from the streets where everything's happening but it's still really quiet. There are plenty of pasticcerie and restaurants close by. We would have liked to stay longer. 100% recommended.

Location was close to center and train station, we'll stocked kitchen, out door eating area. Francesco was a big help, was timely in communication, He was very nice and went the extra to help us.
