Die zentrale Lage des Appartements. Die tadellose Abwicklung durch den Vermieter. Er gibt gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants. Private Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage, gegen Gebühr, dafür aber fußläufig relativ nahe.

Die Zimmerausstattung, speziell die Dusche, bedarf einer Erneuerung. Pro Aufenthalt und Person, unabhängig von der Dauer, ist nur ein einziges Bade- und Handtuch im Zimmerpreis beinhaltet. Gegen eine Gebühr von € 2,50 pro Set kann man frische Bade-/Handtücher bestellen. Austausch funktioniert aber tadellos. Das könnte man meiner Meinung nach durch einen etwas höheren Zimmerpreis durchaus kostendeckend, dafür aber gefühlt kundenfreundlicher lösen.

The location is simply perfect. A few minutes walk from the center, supermarkets and restaurants a few steps away. Everything was perfectly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Piero, the host is really helpful, always responding and the instructions about the apartment and the parking we're crystal clear. He even provided us great suggestions about the city.

The water pressure in the shower is not the strongest, but it's really a minor inconvenience. Altogether the apartment was really great one.

Great location, apartman was pretty clean and the host was helpful and available when needed.

There was no proper heating and it was rather cold in the apartment, only air conditioner with temperature control. Towels were little bit smelly.

Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja i bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie.
