Penthouse Salus sea view terrace

We had wonderful days. My friend was staying at a nearby B&B, but the room we stayed in, Penthouse Salus vista mare Ostia, was bigger, cleaner and more stylish. There is a terrace and a balcony with a nice view. Above all, the owner is very kind. They were kind to us even though we were not good at English. The restaurant that was recommended to me was also delicious. I stayed for 5 days and every day was amazing. I definitely want to see you again when I go to Italy. Thank you very much.

Alice met me at the door and showed me how everything worked, and helped me book a taxi for my early morning airport departure in a few days. I needed to check in early, and was relieved that she way able to facilitate that. She also replied quickly when I needed help connecting with the wi-fi. Overall the apartment was just what I needed: a quiet place near the airport to rest up for a few days until my delayed departure. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the surf, while sipping my espresso and reading my book.

I was mostly doing my own cooking, but the kitchen wasn't very well-equipped. No olive oil!

Very gracious host. Place was clean. Great location. I felt safe.

I loved from the beginning. When booking I had questions which were answered immediately. I asked for recommendations which were given. I was greeted at the apartment and because I was travelling along Alice accompanied me to the supermarket and even helped carry my Shopping! Alice helped me with booking taxis and even answered my text late at night when I got myself lost! She truely went above and beyond the call of duty!! I needed to prep meals and everything I needed was there plus extra. I needed a bath for after competition and not only was there a bath but there a bath but Alice even text me to wish me luck in competition so she genuinely cared. The apartment was big and quirky I loved it!!

I didn't like the taxi service in Ostia but that was not this apartments fault. If anything they helped me by ordering for me. But travellers should consider using the scooter if possible because I didn't like Ostias taxi service so thanks for help Alice
