Très bon accueil, appartement très propre et très bien placé. Je conseille fortement.

Le logement est très bien placé, en plein centre historique de la ville : c'est très appréciable. L'accès via la boîte à clé a été très simple. La relation avec l'agence de location a été très cordiale.

Le logement est franchement sous-équipé : il manque beaucoup de choses essentielles (couverts, sofa, chauffage dans la salle d'eau, des rangements pour ses affaires de voyage, il n'y a que 2 chaises...). Impossible de recevoir un autre couple pour partager un apéritif ensemble, par exemple. Il est peu fonctionnel et n'a aucun confort : la chambre est accessible par un escalier en pierre très raide. Les toilettes sont au rez de chaussée : attention si vous vous levez la nuit ! Il n'y a aucun meuble de rangement dans la chambre, juste une penderie inaccessible. L'éclairage est pauvre. La liste est trop longue pour tout énumérer ici... Il est très bruyant : la porte d'entrée sur l'unique pièce de vie donne sur la rue, beaucoup de passages, de jeunes qui viennent fumer sous votre fenêtres, l'appartement du dessus et ses chaises qui raclent, les talons... L'accès à la terrasse "partagée" est une arnaque : il faut sortir dans la rue, ouvrir une autre porte plus loin, prendre un escalier bien raide sur 2 étages... Vous n'en profiterez jamais réellement, trop de contraintes.

This apartment ( we rented the one with the private terrace) is really well situated in a very quiet pedestrian road just a few minutes from the central square with all its restaurants and hubbub. The bed is very comfortable. There are 2 kitchens, one at rooftop terrace level, and both are well equipped with nice dishes, good pots and pans, nice glasses, nice matching cutlery. The interior design is harmonious and of good quality. The bathroom is spacious and very functional with attractive, good quality fixings. Our hostess was delightful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place where we stayed for a week.

Great location and loads of room! Annamaria was so helpfully and even arranged transport from the train station to the location and meet us there to show us around the property! Would definitely come back and explore more and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and super close to the main little square.

Absolutnie wyjątkowe apartamenty w samym centrum starego miasta Monopoli. Lokalizacja to zdecydowanie największy plus, wszędzie blisko, kawiarnie i restaurację znajdziemy w odstępie 3 minuty na piechotę. Polecam rano zgubić się w pustych uliczkach i zachwycać się pięknymi widokami i panoramą z widokiem na morze i port. Same apartamenty są dwupiętrowe, a jeden był nawet wielopiętrowy, przytulnie udekorowane z wygodnym łóżkiem. Bardzo polecam :)

Sehr schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, Badezimmer etwas klein mit wenig Abstellfläche aber genügt völlig, sehr freundliches Personal, liebevolles und feines Frühstück, Anfahrtsweg etwas holprig aber gut fahrbar, würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!

We really appreciated our stay overall, situated in the lovely historic center of Monopoli. Very good space, nice terrace, comfortable stay and good communication with the host.

There were some elements that could have made the stay even better. We had to buy the basic kitchen ingredients (salt, oil). There could have been more cups and could have appreciated some more small plates (all plates were big or huge). We would have appreciated to have a vacuum cleaner available because for long stays we'd want to be able to clean the apartment from time to time.
