The apartment is very well located and ideal for families, offering convenience, great view to the mountains,comfort, and a family-friendly environment.

The location was perfect! We loved the full kitchen and the balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee. The host was so kind and helpful with checkin and check out.

Lovely hosts! We could walk everywhere from this place, but 2 to 3 or even 4 miles is a perfectly good walk for us and we could walk to Garmisch and Wank and even walked to Partnarch Gorge. Lovely views from the balcony too. We did see there were bad reviews about the WiFi but we had no issues with it. This is in a residential area but a short walk to Partenkirchen. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Garmisch.

Apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so lifting up the luggage would have been a nightmare for us. But luckily our hosts were very kind and carried out luggage up and down for us. No breakfast but we used the kitchen to prepare our breakfast, so no big deal there.

Nice apartment with a lot of space and full equipment kitchen. Nice view from apartment to mountains. Good location from apartment to stores, city center, restaurants as well to trips to other places around. The only problem was creaky stairs so I was not sure that they will broke under the weight

Nice and clean apartment. Close to the old town where you find a lot of restaurants. Grocery stores are in walking distance.

There is a school nearby and sometimes it could be a bit noisy.

Host were excellent, property was located conveniently for trekking and tourist activities. Very spacious apartment.

Stairs are a bit creaky 🤭. Parking is not at the property but roadside which is ok but a bit difficult during busy time to be close.
