Hospitality of the representative of the owner trying to solve any issue and provide additional value, very fast and reliable Wi-Fi, smart TV, electronic manuals to everything accessible through QR codes, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (even with some stock of tea bags and coffee capsules), washing machine with built-in tumble dryer, quite comfortable beds (though rather narrow from the perspective of a resident of CEE), private terrace (only the rooftop duplex appartment), proximity of variety of cafés, restaurants, shops, supermarkets (countless offer within 5 minutes walking distance), pedestrian zone in front of the building with almost no traffic, just one block away from the metro station Collblanc (takes 10 minutes to get to Barcelona center), low city tax (technically, the apartment is not in Barcelona, but in the adjacent city of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat).

Rather noisy neighbourhood late into the night and early in the morning (suppliers delivering goods and some cafeterías opening already at 6 a.m.) exacerbated by insufficiently sealed doors and windows (unfortunately a Spanish standard), draught in the living room from the same reason (thus uncomfortably chilly feeling while watching the TV in the evening eventhough the heating controller displayed more than 23 degrees Celsius), thin walls (again almost the Spanish standard) causing penetration of sounds from the staircase and corridor with the elevator (especially “wonderful” at 3 a.m. when some other guests in the house return from a party and cannot behave), the rooftop apartment adjacing to the public part of the terrace (divided only by some kind of wooden screen providing barely any privacy, especially when the other guests do not respect the house rules with regards to night quiet hours), uncomfortable sofa (only a thin seating cushion on a steel construction hiding additional bed underneath) literaly hurting ones buttocks after a while, ugly peeling black paint on bathroom fixtures (pretty weird given the fact that the apartment is less than 3 years old).

Excellent facilities and finishes, made staying in this apartment very enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to prepare basic meals and enjoy breakfast, including good coffee each morning. The area provided facilities to purchase what we needed and was very walkable. We were close to a subway station, giving easy access to the centre of Barcelona. A good bus network was also available.

Comfy Studio apartment at a comfortable location near the metro station and a 10 min walk from the FC Barcelona Home Stadium! Loads of food options around the vicinity + supermarkets so no problem there. Overall definitely recommended to all and must book if staying in Barcelona for few days-weeks. Great stay option for 2-3 people.

The studio apartment area size seemed much smaller in comparison to the pictures posted online (which is true for most properties online). Description says 2 bedrooms, but the 2nd bedroom is pretty compact and only good for 2 kids/teens or 1 full size adult, fortunately the living room has a sofa cum bed so manageable! Would not recommend for 4 people, ideal for 2 people, max 3 people if you want to stay comfortably! Single washroom so bathroom schedules need to be planned in advance!

Spacious, comfortable, simple way to communicate with staff via WhatsApp, worth recommending

The flat is very pleasant and well decorated. The kitchen had various foodstuffs at our disposal, such as olive oil, salt, tea, and a coffee machine with capsules. Popular neighborhood but we felt really safe, Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was excellent There was a fault with the distribution of duvets, and one of the beds didn't have any, but the host quickly solved the problem and put another duvet in the flat.

There is a security camera on the ceiling of the room. Although this is already allowed in common areas in rented flats, it made us feel a little uncomfortable. The description of the flat makes no reference to the use of this camera and the host didn't say anything about it either. Apart from this aspect, there was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful apartment. Amazing facilities such as having a washing machine to use after hot humid days around the city, as well as the Netflix TV. The shared terrace was also a very nice place to sit of an evening, very clean and delicately designed. I am always keen to meet a host, but equally not as fussed and the whole process of simply entering the door codes and not having to deal with key collection etc was great and really streamlined the whole process. Location not central but very easy to get to anywhere having the blue line only 5 mins away. Couldn’t recommend this apartment any more so, I will definitely be visiting again! Thanks to a wonderful host for such excellent standards.

Very clean and close to the metro. The host was excellent responding back to emails. Would highly recommand as we had a fantastic time.
