The equipment of the kitchen is amazing, here you have everything you need for cooking. The apartment is spacious, close to the beach Las Teresitas. Good value for money.

The apartment is a bit out-of-date, minor renovations are recommended, like the reparation of the window in the kitchen. A dishwasher would be useful.

Access is provided by a code lock, with the code being created unique to each guest and confirmed to you prior to arrival. All very easy to use. Also worth noting that there is plenty of parking nearby, so if you choose to hire a car (which I recommend) you can park close by with ease.

One thing that I would have found helpful would have been a photo of the front door, taken from the street, to help us quickly identify the correct building and access door, but this is a minor thing and the location was not difficult to find.

First of all location. It is just few minutes from one of the best Tenerife beaches las Teresitas and on the entrance to Anaga park. So very good location for both purposes: to explore wonderful Anaga park and to relax in beach. Also very clisevto the capital. Second thing i loved - San Andreas village it is located in. Small, not crowded with tourists, quite, but full of locals spirit - real canarian village. Third - flat. It is wide, cozy and nice. Two bothrooms. Well equiped. Suitable for longer stays. And last, but pleasure thing - gellateria in the same building.

Great location, 4 min away from Las teresitas beach and on the road to Anaga. Very big and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms and, even though is self service, the host offered all the kitchen consumables and even toiletries in the bathrooms.

You have to factor in the cost of this place when reading my review. We paid around 90 pounds per night for a family of four. This includes two bedrooms two separate bathrooms both have showers a large kitchen a sitting area as well as access to a shared roof top terrace that has a heated outdoor shower and number of sun beds a comfortable little sitting area with comfortable chairs and night lighting as well as a new washing machine and the location in terms of its closeness to the beach and access to a very reliable frequently running bus service. Also there is Wi-Fi in the apartment as well as on the rooftop terrace in addition there is one air conditioning unit in the living area that if left running would cool the apartment effectively. These are the positives but there are also negatives and I would highly recommend you read my review before booking here. Also there is some lines to dry your washing which made my wife delighted because she could do the bulk of the washing before even packing and going home but also for beach towels etc it's ideal also there was lots of shower gels shampoos left behind from previous guests which was great it was also a cupboard that had a couple of balls in and waggle again left by previous guests which was great a few spices herbs cooking oils left behind by previous guests which was great and lots of towels lots of blankets spare pillows.

Everything is made out of porcelain or marble you are somewhiched in between two other floors that have guests coming and going you will hear someone making coffee opening closing cupboard doors the TVs the conversations. It is also above a very popular ice cream parlour called bambola for stop also there is two very busy bars that stay open till the late hours right beneath the windows. In addition both Bathrooms and showers need replacing and the photos are misleading in that nothing is wide anymore both shower trays and the glass paneling around the shower trays do have black mold and I think it's a case of being beyond a clean they do need replacing also the was turning a little black bugs crawling on the tiles that would do you know harm and we're probably eating dead skin cells but it's still push you off a little bit. So if you are looking for peace and quiet you are not going to find it here it didn't bother me or my wife oh my two teenagers but I think if you were having younger children perhaps or wanting something peaceful then this might not be the place. Also there is no oven and no dishwasher which didn't bother us but it might bother families wanting to make meals at home. Also bear in mind in terms of the cleanliness we were allowed to access the property at 2 o'clock which had not given the clean a very much time so perhaps it may have been a little cleaner when we arrived but no amount of cleaning was going to change those showers. One final point is that this is not a combi boiler so once the hot water it has gone it has gone so do not let your two teenagers use all the hot water and then you find you have none for your shower. However the shower which is outside on the rooftop was tremendous but you have to plug it in and turn it on by the washing machine first.

Great location. Spaceous and nicely furnished and very well equipped apartment

This is the best equipped holiday apartment I have ever been to. Including toiletries, kitchen equipment, iron etc. The apartment is big, clean and the location is great (5 minutes walk from in our opinion prettiest beach in Tenerife). The host Eric is very nice and answers all the questions.

We liked everything, maybe it would be great to get a dishwasher some day as for the family of 4 it was a lot of dish washing
