Due balconcini sul mare

Questo minuscolo appartamento non può dirsi certo un appartamento accogliente, le stanze sono minuscole, quella matrimoniale contiene solo il letto. Non hanno finestre che si possano aprire per far circolare l'aria. Non ci sono armadi. Per entrare in bagno bisogno stare attenti alla testa perché c'è una trave che costringe sempre ad abbassarsi. Durante il soggiorno il boiler perdeva acqua, mi è stato chiesto di chiudere il rubinetto dell'acqua se mi allontanavo per molte ore e di svuotare la bacinella per evitare l'allagamento del pavimento. Le zanzariere erano sporchissime. Lo sconsiglio.

Bathroom after shower gets flooded because shower floor does not drain enough and shower door does not seal as it should, this problem exists (reports) since 2022 with no resolution and we are in 2025!. Shower should have shelves to put things like soap and shampoo (quite basic thing, incredibly not installed).

Perfect location. Close to the train and close to the sea and restaurants. Super clean and convenient. Would stay here again.

Location couldn't be better, and opening the shutters and doors gives a great sea view. The apartment was very cozy and well-decorated, and stocked with anything one could need. We were there on a rainy autumn weekend and it was nice, but I imagine it must be unreal in the summer. They have all the goodies you'd need as well, like beach chairs and umbrellas. It was a really nice stay and I hope to come back in better weather.

The bathroom was nice (though watch your head entering if you're tall), but the shower drained slowly and the shower door isn't water tight. We had to put down a bunch of towels so as not to get water on the bathroom floor. That and one of the balcony doors tends to be 'confused' about whether it's in tilt mode or 'swing open' mode, which is a bit scary if you're not used to that kind of door and don't know how to finesse it. Both should be very easy adjustments to fix.

Excellent location. Loved the space. The drain in the shower doesn’t drain well. The lockbox was an issue at first but resolved quickly. Would rent again!!!

Perfect location in front of the sea. Very friendly owner. I would come back to the same place with great pleasure.
