Small but comfortable apartment with everything you need. Bedroom has a view over the lake. Enough spots for parking at the facility.

Good equipment in the kitchen. Comfortable living room with table for eating/working. Quiet location.

WLAN was very weak - even with the booster unit. I had to buy extra data from Deutsche Telekom to use internet on my phone and laptop. Lake view was only visible from the bedroom. In my opinion , the extra cost for lake view was not merited.
