Vista Puerto Sea View

Location was perfect for our needs. Excellent restaurants next door( Las Orcas) and within easy walking distance. Great view of the coast line and the beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Two beaches either side of the property if you needed a dip. Room was exactly as described, Towels were changed every 3 days. Beach towels provided. Use of washing machine if needed. Bikes and beach chairs available too. Francisco was on hand for any help or any issue if necessary. Everything worked well. We hired a car and there were free parking outside the property, though it was pot luck as to if there were any spaces free! Otherwise it was a 5 minute walk to other free parking spots in a safe area. 100% recommend. Loved the town as it had more character than being in a resort.

Nothing really, if I have to add something maybe I could've had a bit more communication prior to our arrival. Communication was great once we had arrived.

Interiour needs to be updated and cleaned properly! Kitchen chairs textiles were very-very dirty. Kitchen cabinet door is barely hanging on, ants invasion is probably not uncommon in this area but still we have had places without this issue. The mattress had urine stain and smell on it, we had to turn it around to "fix" the issue, but the other side did not feel like was supposed to be slept on as it had different texture and was like extra hard, so we ended up sleeping on the couch. It was supposed to be non-smoker room but it was not, there were trays in the room and lots of people smoked on the balcony and in the rooms and the smoke ventilated frequently to our room as well. Bathroom ventilation is on its last days and makes very loud noise, so if you want to use it at night then you have to use it in dark as it is linked to lights and the noise will wake most people up in your room. No cleaning was included, only towel and linen change. Washing machine is advertised to be in the room, but is actually downstairs and it costs 4€ to use it. We only stayed for the view and location because we did not want to move from place to place during our stay.

The view from the balcony was exceptional, with the ocean and west view so we could watch the sunset. The beach was just across the street. Kitchen and bedroom was simple, but had everything necessary.

Ren, romslig og komfortabel leilighet, gode senger, sentral beliggenhet, fantastisk utsikt, hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Vi har bodd her flere ganger og kommer garantert tilbake.

Savnet satelittkanaler på TV. Det var bare spanske kanaler.

The location is perfect. Towels and linen changes were good. The staff were friendly and approachable. The roof terrace was lovely. Could hear the waves al night. Really enjoyed our stay

No oven. The microwave was a combi grill but I'm an oven cook! The balcony is small and shaded in the morning and in full sun during the day. Very hot.

The large balcony, thé sea view, the terrace on the 5 th floor, the central location, thé proximity of restaurants and shops, etc

No instructions re using the modern cooker!

Me encantó, buena ubicación con unas vistas maravillosas. Destaca la tranquilidad de la zona, no tiene precio. Muy acogedor, totalmente equipado. Vine encantada, repetiré. El anfitrión muy amable y servicial lo recomiendo 😊 🤩

Yo pondría Netflix por tener más entretenimiento.
