Apartment Manuel

出租的公寓在这栋房子的四楼，有电梯直达。房东就住在三楼，但四楼可以完全独立，租客绝对不会用担心被打扰。有两间卧室，两个卫生间，还有一个桑拿房。一个卧室有一个双人大床，另一个卧室有两个单人床。厨房实施齐全，有电磁炉和烤箱。在公寓的阳台上有非常漂亮的景色。我们在这里住了四天，几乎每天都在阳台上，在美景里用餐。

因为房子在山坡上，所以去镇中心的步行距离有点远，而且回来时是上坡，步行的话有点累。但房东会提供免费的公共汽车二维码，可以搭乘公共汽车。公共汽车站很近，缺点是班次不多。有私人的免费停车位。

Everything. The apartment is very spacious, well-designed, and clean. Plenty of wardrobe closets are available. The hosts are very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The balcony view is amazing; we started every morning and ended every day sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and enjoying the view. A lift goes directly to the apartment, so we did not need to carry bags up the stairs.

The most perfect and picturesque location for a stay in the Dolomites. Easy to reach so many different hiking spots! Helene and Manuel are lovely, welcoming hosts and very helpful. The apartment is amazing, comfortable, clean, spacious and well stocked with anything you could need. The elevator is a huge bonus for getting bags in/out. The 2 bathrooms are great for a family getting ready and are large and spotlessly clean. The deck looking out at the mountains was our favorite spot. Easy walk to town (about 10 mins) or bus is available. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The moveable shower glass in the 2nd bathroom is a little tricky if you're used to American showers!

The apartment was very cozy and nice, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good, walking distance to the lifts, amazing views from the balcony. Helene was very welcoming. I would book again if I return Very convenient and large elevator.

This is an amazing property. It offers every convenience. The views from the balcony are breathtaking.

Don’t hesitate!! Just book it! It was the best apartment we stayed at in our 2 weeks in Italy! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Walking distance to town and within an hour drive of all the hikes we wanted to do in the area. Helene and her family were so nice and very helpful!! I will definitely book this place again if I return to the Dolomites!!

As most places in Ortisei the steps are steep but this really isnt a problem

Lovely, clean and cosy 2-bedroom apartment with all necessary amenities - comfortable parking, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, sauna. Great view over Ortisei from the balcony. Comfortable chairs on the balcony, inviting to relax after a hiking day. Everything is very clean and made with love and attention to detail. We loved out stay there.
