Owner notified me a few days before the stay that he needs to charge extra for the heating (we booked a stay for october in the Dolomites - obviously it's very cold) - AND still for many hours during the day heating was turned off In addition - total bill (which is always complicated in italy because of the separate charging for many items) ended up being a little more than what I calculated, but I did not argue.
